By enrolling in our paid remote internship program, you agree to this refund policy.

Our internship is:

• Project-oriented
• Digital access-based

Once enrolled, interns receive access to learning materials, dashboard systems, internal documentation, and assigned tasks. Therefore, certain refund restrictions apply.

3. General Refund Policy

Internship fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under limited circumstances mentioned below.

4. Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted only if:

• Duplicate payment was made
• Payment was made due to technical error
• Enrollment was rejected by the company
• Internship program was officially cancelled by Vinti Web Solution

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Lack of time or personal scheduling issues
• Failure to complete assigned tasks
• Dissatisfaction without valid technical reason
• Removal due to misconduct or policy violation
• After internship access credentials are issued and platform access is activated

Once internship materials, tasks, or internal systems are accessed, fees become non-refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Include your full name, registered email, and payment proof

  3. Clearly mention the reason for refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed by the management team.

7. Processing Time

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method only

Transaction charges, gateway fees, or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted.

8. Discretion Rights

Vinti Web Solution reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject refund requests

• Take final decision on disputes

Management decisions regarding refunds shall be final.
